Help tell the story
Share something about Preston County
A remembered place, event, or a small correction can help fill a gap in our history. You do not need to have the whole story—or an exact date—to get in touch.
What happens to your submission?
Your contribution goes into a private review inbox for Shirley Radabaugh, who runs Preston County Through Time, and anyone authorized to help administer the site. It is stored with the site’s hosting provider, Cloudflare. Nothing is published automatically. Sources are checked before information is added to the history entries.
We save the fields you submit, the submission date, and the entry ID, title, and page path if you are contributing about an entry. Contributions from a community page also include that community’s page path. Name and email are optional. Your email will not be published; it is used only to follow up about your contribution. The hosting provider may keep its own request logs.
The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits. This form does not intentionally send your written contribution, name, or email to Analytics. Please do not include sensitive personal information. Submissions are retained for research and follow-up; no automatic deletion schedule is currently set. Email contact@kinandcoal.com with questions or a removal request.
