Addressed G. E. Wilson, Albright. January 7 issue stamp partly obscured; receipt stamps show February 9, 1906 and February 11, 1907. Star route 16657, Albright-Whetzell, three times weekly. Lists Kingwood, Cheat River and Morgantown & Kingwood Railroad, qualified as when completed. Population served 250; date sequence needs verification.
