Signed February 22, 1864 by Isaac A. Jenkins. Pleasant Township. Lists route 4171, Oakland-Bruceton Mills, three times weekly; proposed supply via Morgans Glade. Cheat River 2½ miles west of proposed office. Several responses are very faint and need verification.
